These are recent restaurant inspection reports for Alachua County — from June 21 to 26 — filed by state safety and sanitation inspectors.

Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Registering 0ppm on operators strip. Bucket of sanitizer under machine empty. Discussed changing item with manager.

-- High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed 8 live roaches on electrical conduit behind dish machine. Employee began to clean area. 3 live roaches on wall behind prep sink in kitchen area. Wall closest to dish area. Employee killed. 4 live roaches under plates stored under prep table in kitchen area. Prep table along wall closest to dining room.
