For the first time, Disney Cruise Line is coming to the shores of Australia and New Zealand for a limited season from late 2023.

The special sailings aboard the Disney Wonder range from two to six nights and will depart from four home ports: Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, Australia, as well as Auckland, New Zealand.

The 'Disney Magic at Sea' sailings will bring all of the magic of Disney to one place at sea, with favourite characters from Disney, Marvel, Pixar and Star Wars on board, plus imaginative dining and spectacular entertainment.

Guests will also enjoy imaginative restaurants including Tiana's Place, where guests can meet Princess Tiana herself and enjoy a taste of New Orleans cooking.

There is also Animator's Palate, an interactive dining experience that celebrates Disney animation.

Exclusive to the Disney Wonder, Tiana's Place is inspired by Princess Tiana from the Disney animated feature The Princess and the Frog.

The new restaurant transports guests to an era of southern charm, spirited jazz and street party celebrations.

While on board, Disney Cruise Line guests will be immersed in the magic of Disney with character encounters with favourite Disney friends, including Captain Mickey Mouse, Captain Minnie Mouse, Goofy and Pluto.

Exclusively aboard the Disney Wonder in the Walt Disney Theatre, guests can experience Frozen, A Musical Spectacular.

Frozen is presented like never before with an innovative combination of traditional theatrical techniques, modern technology and classic Disney whimsy.

Children can have their own Frozen adventures in Disney's Oceaneer Club, and can also enjoy a multi-level replica of Andy's Room from Toy Story.

There is also place to summon your inner superhero, at the Marvel Super Hero Academy.

Adults even have their own exclusive spaces to rest and relax, including the adults-only Quiet Cove pool, sophisticated dining at Palo and the rejuvenating Senses Spa & Salon.

Staterooms on the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder are designed with nautical décor and plenty of usable space. Designed with style, comfort and a dash of Disney magic, staterooms include generous storage areas and premium bedding and linens.

Since launching in 1998, Disney Cruise Line continues to expand its fleet. There are now five ships – the Disney Wonder, Disney Wish, Disney Magic, Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy, and two more ships planned.

The inaugural sailing of this limited season in Australia and New Zealand departs October 28, 2023, from Sydney.

Bookings open to the general public from Thursday September 29, 2022 at 8am AEST / 11am NZDT.
