VAE Re-Dispersible Polymer Powder(RDP) / Latex Powder is produced by spray-drying special water-based emulsion, mostly based on vinyl acetate and acrylic acid, dissolves in water easily and quickly forms emulsion.
This VAE RDP Re-Dispersible Polymer Powder from YURANG MANUFACTURERworks as a film forming agent in construction wall putty powder. In the construction dry mixed mortar, the dosage of VAE is very low ,6-12kg per ton of mortar, but an important additive , improving flexibility and its elastic in Mortar.

VAE RDP is a polymer powder with multipurpose, widely used in wall putty / wall skim coat and binder as a film forming agent, which is designed to improve the workability, adhesion, flexibility, anti-permeability of construction dry mixed mortar.
RDP + APPLICATIONS
Repairing Mortar
RDP-AD60 is suitable for repairing mortar, such as grouts for decorative mortar, improves the adhesive strength,flexural strength, wearing resistance strength, and workability, we advise to use 1% - 6% dosage of vae polymer powder.
Ceramic Tile Adhesive Mortar / Tile Glue
For the thin ceramic tile, there's fine freezing resistance. We advic use 1%-5% dosage of vae polymer powder, and other celluloses as a water retention (HPMC).
Thermal Insulation Mortar
RDP-AD70 is used to increase the deformability, and improve its adhesive strength and flexural strength. We advise our client to use 2.5% VAEP powders, mixed with 0.1%-0.3% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC).
